Paper Abstract:      The paper discusses some research problems and current tendencies in the authoring of learning content for Technology Enhanced Learning applications, considering content- and context-sensitive features of learning materials to facilitate their accessibility and re-use. The architecture and the authoring process in a platform for ubiquitous learning, developed under the IST FP6 project LOGOS are briefly presented. Some conclusions from the platform experimentation and a direction for future research, concerning the approach of Semantic Web Services, are outlined.
